Conditions for Participation in WasteECo-2012 Entry to the Exhibition area is free.  If you want to participate as exhibitor Total costs for participation include registration fee and price for exhibition area (equipped, unequipped and/or outdoor area). The bank transfer of funds should be made in EURO, using official currency exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine (as of the payment date). Registration fee is 800 UAH; it is mandatory for each exhibitor. The fee includes: participant's registration and publication of their information in the Exhibition Catalogue (information should be provided before 1 March 2012, see  Guidelines for formatting); general advertisement campaign of the Exhibition; one copy of Exhibition Catalogue; cleaning and security services. The price-list for exhibition area is presented in Table 1. Other furniture and equipment  as well as connection to utilities (water, etc.) can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Price-list is available upon request. If you make your payment before 31 January 2012, you will receive a bonus: banner of your organization: size 100x100 pixels; or advertisement text: max 100 characters with spaces. During the whole period from the payment date until the end of the event your banner or text will be placed on the right-hand sides of our web pages: 1)  Relevant advertisement list sub-section of the World of Waste web site (for example, Technologies, Equipment/Tire, Rubber, if you manufacture equipment for rubber recycling); 2) Full texts of advertisements in corresponding sub-section. In addition, your banner or text will be added to one issue of our email newsletter News of the World of Waste web site. After WasteECo-2012 closing all information about exhibitors, presented in the Catalogue, will be published on the official web site.  If you want to participate but will not be present (remote participation) This type of participation includes the following services (Table 3). Table 3 Price for remote participation Service* Price,  UAH Publication of information about your company in the Exhibition Catalogue: 1) 600 characters of advertisement text in English and 600 characters in Russian (or Ukrainian) + logo;  OR 2) one black-and-white advertisement module, А5 size. You will receive e-version of the Exhibition Catalogue after closing of the event 700.00 Color advertisement module, А5 size. You will receive e-version of the Exhibition Catalogue after closing of the event 900.00 Distribution of price-lists or booklets inside the Exhibition area or near the Exhibition entrance 450.00                   * Deadline for sending of materials is 1 March 2012, see Guidelines for formatting After receiving your Application form for participation in Exhibition we will send you a draft of Contract and additional information, if necessary. Deadline for payment for participation in the Exhibition is 1 March  2012.  Participation in the Conference Each participant will receive a copy of Conference Proceedings on DVD. We accept the following content to be published: Papers with schemas or photos, and authors' contact information Presentations Advertisement blocks. Requirements for papers, presentations and advertisement blocks. Deadline for paper submission is extended until 15 December 2011. Deadline for presentations and advertisement blocks is 1 February 2012. After the event Conference Proceedings will be published on the official WasteECo-2012 site. That includes video clips which you may bring to the event and upload to organisers' computers. Requirements for video clips. If you wish to make an oral or poster presentation, but don’t want to publish your paper in the Conference Proceedings, please email us before 15 December 2011 the following information: title of your presentation, its summary (the main idea and several sentences describing the presentation), your surname and name. Deadline for payment for participation in the Conference is 1 March 2012. If you want to carry out a special event in the framework of WasteECo-2012 (workshop, round table, excursion, etc.), please contact us: Iryna Popova E-mail: cooperation@waste.ua or world_of_waste@mail.ru  Postal address: Ecological Alliance Ltd, PO Box 81, Kharkiv, 61052, Ukraine An advance payment is required regardless of whether you participate in the Conference with or without oral presentation/poster presentation. The Organizers are not in position to provide any financial aid to participants (transport, accommodation, meals, etc.) or to waive the conference fee. The Conference fee is 1500 UAH, which covers participation in all presentations, translation, coffee breaks, Conference Dinner and receiving "Conference bag" for participants (Conference Participant’s Kit) including Conference Proceedings DVD. Official currency exchange rate for UAH see on www.bank.gov.ua. You will be accompanied by a qualified interpreter. They will provide sequential translation of your presentation for the participants and simultaneous translation of other presentations for yourself. Remote participation is also possible: we can publish on DVD your paper with schemas, photos and authors' contact information, presentation and advertisement block. We will send the DVD to you after the event. Remote participation fee is 170 UAH. You may also send us a disk with your video clips, which will be published on the Conference site after the event.
