Requirements for Conference Proceedings DVD Materials We accept papers, advertisement blocks and presentations (up to 30 MB in total) for publication on Conference Proceedings DVD. After the event that will be published on the WasteECo-2012 web site too. You may also hand us your video clips (or send it by post if you participate remotely) to be published on the web site. We reserve the right to reject submitted materials or edit the papers. The list of materials accepted for publication on the DVD, will be published online in January – February 2012. We will neither send authors evaluator’s reviews, nor advise to improve specific areas to meet our quality standards. Whether you want to participate in person or remotely, at least one of the authors must submit Application form accompanied with materials for the DVD. Papers, advertisement blocks and presentations for the DVD must be in line with the event’s topics and goals, and meet the following requirements: Papers   WasteECo-2011 is a business-oriented event. We will not consider subjects, which are purely academic and have no practical value.   All papers should be interesting for the target audience, present practical proposals, recommendations, and conclusions. Acceptable paper length is from 3,000 to 10,000 characters. Please DO: prepare your paper in Word '97–2007 in English or Russian (preferable); include paper full title, full name, affiliation and contact information for all authors and indicate the person for correspondence; provide pictures (no more than 10 of them) in JPEG or GIF format (the minimal resolution is 300 dpi); insert them into appropriate sections of your paper, and send them as separate files too. Please DO NOT: attach a list of references to your paper. Please email your paper to cooperation@waste.ua or world_of_waste@mail.ru. The deadline is 15 December 2011. Advertisement blocks Advertisement blocks are accepted in JPEG or GIF format. The minimum resolution is 300 dpi, recommended maximum size is 800 х 1,000 pixels. Please email the materials to cooperation@waste.ua or world_of_waste@mail.ru. The deadline is 1 February 2012. Presentations Multimedia presentations should be prepared using Microsoft Power Point. Please email presentations to cooperation@waste.ua и world_of_waste@mail.ru,  or send a compact disk to  Ecological Alliance Ltd, PO Box 81, Kharkiv, 61052, Ukraine. The deadline is 1 February 2012. Video clips Duration of a single clip should not exceed 15 minutes (but you may provide multiple clips).  It is recommended to use MPEG or WAV formats. Low-quality videos will not be accepted!
