Information for Speakers and Presenters a) Timing and technical details  Presentations should be prepared in Microsoft Power Point and brought on a compact disk or USB Flash drive. Do not compress (eg. "zip") or split your presentation on several discs.   Multimedia projector and PC with Windows/PowerPoint will be provided. Please use standard Windows fonts only. Computer-driven presentations must be handed to the projectionist before the session with your presentation begins; they will double-check that there are no technical issues.   Speakers in Oral Sessions will have 30 minutes for presentation; this includes sequential translation and questions & answers section. This time allowance will be strictly enforced. There will be a dedicated meeting room to take additional discussions offline.   b) Requirements for poster presenters If you’d like to participate in the poster session, please prepare a poster. The maximum size is А0 (up to 841 mm width and 1189 mm height). Information on the poster should be in line with the paper received by the organizers for publication on the DVD. We will provide scotch and pins to attach posters to the boards. You are welcome to use desks in the poster area to put your handouts, models, production samples, etc.
