Requirements for Exhibition Catalogue Materials Deadline for submission is 1 March 2012. Company information and logotype Please send the following information in MS Word format (up to 2007 version): Company name and ownership type (Ltd, PLC, etc.); full postal address with zip or postal code; telephone/fax (with country and area codes); email; web site URL Advertisement text in English (up to 600 characters) and in Russian or Ukrainian (up to 600 characters). Logotype should be sent as a separate GIF or JPG file, with resolution no less than 300 dpi.  Original layout of advertisement block Please, follow the instructions when preparing your layout: 1. Original layout must be in the following formats: TIFF or JPG (300 or 600 dpi), CDR (text must be converted into curves), EPS. 2. Original layout size for separate page must be 110 x 160 mm. 3. Please, make 10 mm cutting margins (each side) if you want to have full page advertisement. 4.
