Guidelines for Formatting

Information for the Exhibition Catalogue

Deadline for submission – 1 February  2011

Please, provide the following information in Word package (version up to 2007):

• name of the company and type of ownership, postal address (including postal code) in English; phone number, fax number (including country and city codes); e-mail; web-site;

• text of your advertisement – up to 600 characters in English and up to 600 characters in Russian (or in Ukrainian), preferably.

 Please, provide your logo in a separate file in the following formats: TIFF, GIF, JPG, CDR (text must be converted into curves), EPS with 300 dpi resolution or higher.
