Offers for Sponsors WasteECo-2012 organizers invite all interested companies and enterprises to become sponsors of our event. Sponsors of our previous events were Canadian Embassy in Ukraine, Canadian Cooperation Fund, Ukrainian Ecological Insurance Company, Arzinger & Partners Law Firm and VEOLIA Environmental Services Company. Our advertisers were Avista Company, GRINKO Company, Recycling Odpady Technologie, RPC “Paks”, Victoria Ltd, Giprobum Design Institute, Kharkiv Regional Center for Hazardous Waste Management, UAB "Universalus medzio produktai" and many others. We offer you an advertisement package that will ensure effective promotion of your products or services. The advertisement package includes: 1. Banner of Sponsor on the homepages of WasteECo-2012 and World of Waste web sites for the whole period from the payment date until the end of the event. 2. Banner of Sponsor in email newsletter News of the World of Waste web site once a month, until the beginning of the event. The newsletter statistics and information are available here. Therefore, the sooner the better: an early payment increases the number of impressions on the site and in the newsletter! 3. Sponsor's name highlighted as Sponsor of WasteECo-2012 in the Conference Programme, as well as in email and paper announcements about WasteECo-2012 for potential participants throughout Ukraine, CIS and other countries. 4. Sponsor's color logo printed on the first page of the Exhibition Catalogue and on the labels of the Conference Proceedings DVD. 5. Information about Sponsor and its color advertisement block in the Exhibition Catalogue; presentation and advertisement block on the Conference Proceedings DVD. 6. Distribution of Sponsor’s handouts (leaflet, booklets, etc) as part of the free Conference Bag (Conference Participant’s Kit) and near the Exhibition entrance or inside the Exhibition area. 7. Presentation made by Sponsor’ representative on the plenary session of the Conference (15 minutes). Presentation or report on section session (30 minutes). This includes sequential translation and questions & answers section. 8. Sponsor’s banner on the balcony of the Exhibition hall (banner max size: length — 4 m, width — 3 m) and mobile banners (area — 1 m2, height — 2 m) near the Exhibition and Conference entrances. We simply provide the room for your banners. We do not design or print the banners for you. 9. Radio announcements (3 times per day) about the location of Sponsor’s stand (if Sponsor is an exhibitor).

Sponsor is welcome to organize a special event or
technical
excursion in the framework of WasteECo-2012. Sponsor should provide banner, logo, layout of advertisement block, advertisement leaflets, booklets, etc. Sponsor fee for the whole package is 15,000 UAH. Other options can be discussed. Payment should be made in EURO, using official currency exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine as on the date of payment.
