Inviting investors to produce biochar fertilizer from agricultural waste

Investors are offered a highly profitable, fast-payback project involving the construction of a production complex for processing organic raw materials using torrefaction to clean the environment and produce clean fuel and biochar fertilizer. PROJECT MISSION The project aims to address the problem of land pollution from organic waste while simultaneously producing clean fuel and biochar fertilizer to increase agricultural productivity and prevent soil degradation. PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES Goal: To produce high-calorie, clean fuel and biochar organic fertilizer with a solid carbon content of up to 99% from raw chicken litter with the addition of various other organic matter at a stationary torrefaction complex. Objectives: - For the environment – solving the environmental problem of soil pollution through the complete processing of all organic waste without the release of harmful elements into the environment at a stationary torrefaction complex; - For the energy sector – processing all organic waste into fuel – coal powder, pellets, briquettes – with a calorific value of up to 7,000 kcal/kg at a stationary torrefaction complex; - For agriculture – processing all organic waste into biochar fertilizer, which will solve the problem of mineral fertilizer shortages; - For Ukraine as a whole – this technology, if scaled up, can fully meet the needs of electric and thermal power plants and households for alternative fuel. END CONSUMERS Fuel: all coal-fired electric and thermal power plants, all households and organizations with solid fuel boilers. For biochar fertilizer: all Ukrainian farms with land for growing vegetables and grains. PRODUCTION LOCATION INFORMATION The waste processing facility will be located in the Beregovo territorial community (Zakarpattia Oblast), a few kilometers from the Hungarian border, facilitating the export of finished products to EU countries. The land area proposed for acquisition for the production, raw material, and finished product storage is 3 hectares. The project payback period will be 6 to 10 months, depending on the type of raw material. Equipment capacity for finished products: 5,000 tons per month or 55,000 tons per year. The required investment for the project is the equivalent of USD 5 million. A cost estimate will be provided promptly upon investor request by email: ecoinv21@gmail.com SCALABILITY After the construction of the complex and the launch of production in Zakarpattia, the following development stages will be possible: - Construction of similar stationary complexes in other regions of Ukraine (including in the south and east of the country after the end of active military operations); - Creation of mobile complexes of varying capacity for processing organic waste directly near its accumulation sites; - Expanding the raw material base for finished product production by torrefying not only broiler litter but also waste generated during the slaughter of poultry, cattle, and pigs. Sludge from municipal sewage treatment plants is also a valuable resource. Investment volume: Eq.
